In the construction and renovation industry, manual wall painting often requires a long time, significant labor, and results in uneven quality. To improve efficiency and painting quality, an automatic wall painting device based on Arduino was designed. The system employs an Arduino microcontroller as the central controller to regulate vertical and horizontal movements through motors and control the paint spraying process using a pump to ensure even distribution. The device is also equipped with an LCD and keypad as a user interface, along with an emergency button for operational safety. The workflow begins with the initialization of components, followed by programmed control of the stepper motor and servo to perform the automatic painting cycle. Experimental results show that the device operates stably, produces more uniform painting, and significantly reduces the time required compared to conventional methods. Therefore, this tool can assist construction workers in increasing productivity while reducing labor consumption.
