Important Notes
- The student rate applies exclusively to individuals enrolled as full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. To qualify, students are required to submit a scanned copy of their valid student identification card via email to infert [at] polnep.ac.id, along with their paper ID, after receiving an acceptance notification from the conference committee.
- Each standard registration includes the registration of one paper and the participation of one presenter. For onsite attendance, this also covers lunch and a certificate of participation.
- All participants must register individually. If multiple co-authors wish to attend, each must complete a separate registration. Co-authors may register as non-presenter participants if they are not presenting.
- The local participant (Indonesian) category is designated for participants affiliated with institutions based in Indonesia.
- Support letters for entry visa applications will be issued only to attendees who have completed full payment of their registration fees.
- All participants who have successfully made the payment must fill out the registration form to complete the registration process.
