This year’s conference theme is “AI and IoT Technologies: Empowering The Digital Automation and Energy Revolution“. The conference is hosted by the Electrical Engineering Department of Politeknik Negeri Pontianak.

General Guidelines for Registration and Paper Submission

- All participants are required to complete the registration form at https://infert.polnep.ac.id/register.
- For Presenters

- You must first submit your full paper through the OJS submission system at https://infert.polnep.ac.id/proceeding.
- Submitting a paper through OJS involves several steps: logging in or creating an account, registering your submission, adding co-authors (if any), and uploading the manuscript file according to the conference guidelines.
- All papers must follow the standard IEEE Conference Paper Template and be submitted in MS Word format, 4–6 pages including text, figures, tables, and references.
- Ensure your paper strictly adheres to the provided template. Submissions not following the required format may be excluded.
- The full paper must clearly state the author’s name, affiliation, and email address.
- The official language of the conference is English. Papers may be rejected due to language issues if not properly proofread.
- All submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, contribution, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
- After successfully submitting your paper in OJS, please proceed with participant registration via https://infert.polnep.ac.id/register.
NO SHOW POLICY
To ensure eligibility for publication, all accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors at the conference. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from the proceedings.
Conference Tracks
Papers may be relevant to multiple tracks, but please choose the track that most closely matches your submission. Tracks are used to organize the review process. Accepted papers will be grouped by theme (which may differ from the review track) in the conference program.

Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Text
If any part of an article (such as text, figures, images, or code) is created using artificial intelligence (AI), this must be clearly stated in the acknowledgments section when submitting to a publication. The name of the AI tool should be provided, along with details about which sections contain AI-generated content and a short description of how the AI was used in the creation process.
Utilizing AI tools for editing and improving grammar is a standard practice and typically does not fall under the scope of the policy above. However, it is still advisable to provide disclosure as described.
